Q: Do you have IIAQC professional on staff for mold detection and sampling?

A: We do not have an Indoor Environmental Professional on our staff. Our company firmly believes that pre-testing and post-testing should be performed by a non-biased third party. It helps ensure there is no conflict of interest for any mold remediation project we perform. Wipe Out just happens to be a little ahead of the curve of our competition with our view point. The State of Florida recently has come to the same conclusion. Starting July, 2010, the State of Florida is implementing this as a policy for mold remediators and inspectors.
