Project Management - includes coordination of environmental services and restoration services.  We help keep projects within the scope of the contracts,handle scheduling, solve common problems during the process and provide structured site visits and on call personnel.

Project Cost Analysis – includes evaluation of estimates and final billing provided by contractor performing services.

Mold Engineering Verification – includes on site visits, verification of engineering protocols are being followed and the project is being performed to IICRC Standards.  Visits are typically structured around the containment, removal and decontamination phases.
